	Ingredients Quantity Haveeka Chakli Bhajani 500 gm Chilli Powder 1.5 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp Ajwain 1 tbsp Sesame seed ( Til) 2 tbsp Salt (as per taste) 1.5 tbsp Water 350 ml Oil 30 ml

Let's Begin

1. Take 350 ml of water, add all the ingredients except the Bhajani
   
2. Heat the mixture to a boil
   
3. Add Haveeka Chakli bhajani to this and mix properly
   
4. Turn off the gas and let it sit for atleast 20 mins
   
5. Add water as required to break the lumps and form the dough
   
6. Use a "chakli press tool" to press out the dough in spiral shape
   
7. Deep fry the spiral chakli using frying oil of your choice on high to medium flame
   

That's it ! Crunchy Chakli is ready !

Thalipith Bhajani

	Ingredients Quantity Haveeka Thalipith Bhajani 250 gm Medium Onions, diced 2 Boiled Mashed Potato (optional) 1 Coriander, fine chop 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves, (optional) 1/4 cup Paste of ginger, garlic & green chilli 2 Tbsp Turmeric 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder 1 Tbsp Water, Oil and Butter / Makkhan

Let's Begin

1. In a kneading bowl, add the above ingredients to bhajani & mix properly.
2. Slowly add water to knead a dough, it should be soft enough to press with fingers.
3. Take one ball of dough as per size you require, apply little water on plastic sheet & press the dough evenly with fingers to give it a flat disk shape.
4. Put some oil in a fry/non-stick pan and shallow fry Thalipith from both the sides.

That's it ! Crispy Thalipith is ready, top it up with makhhan and dig in !

	Ingredients Quantity Haveeka Kombdi Vade Pith 250 gm Green Chilli Paste 1 Tbsp Salt (as per taste) 1.5 Tbsp Frying Oil

Let's Begin

1. Add chilli paste to the Komdi vade mix and bind all ingredients with luke warm water until you form a dough
2. Set the dough aside for atleast 30 min
3. Take small ball size portions and press them flat to form a disc shape
4. Deep fry the vada in frying oil and watch them puff.

That's it ! Kombdivade are ready, serve them with your favourite chicken/mutton/vegetable curry !

	Ingredients Quantity Haveeka Upwas Bhajani 250 gm Ginger Paste+Chilli Paste 1.5 Tbsp Boiled & Mashed Potato 2 Crushed groundnut 1/2 Cup Salt (as per taste) 1.5 Tbsp

Let's Begin

1. Add ginger and chilli paste, crushed groundnut and mashed potato to Upwas Bhajani mix
2. Mix this mixture with minimum water till it become like a dough of Bhakari
   
3. Take a small quantity of this mixture and spread it on a plastic sheet. Press with your fingers to flatten it like a Bhakari
   
4. Shallow fry in ghee or oil both the sides until cooked

That's it ! Upwas Thalipith are ready, serve them with curd !

	Ingredients (Plain Amboli) Quantity Haveeka Amboli Flour 250 gm Warm Water 1.5-2 Cups Salt (per taste) 1-2 Tsp Curd / Buttermilk 3 Tbsp Add On (Masala Amboli) Quantity Turmeric powder 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp Chopped vegetables of choice 1-2

Let's Begin

1. In a kneading bowl, add the above ingredients to flour & mix properly (except vegetables).
2. Slowly add warm water as you stir continuously to make a thick enough, pouring consistency batter. 
3. Remove any lumps by stiring, then add finely chopped vegetables (optional).
4. Keep the batter aside for 20 min.
5. Pour the batter on a non-stick pan and spread evenly. For normal pan, add little oil or butter to grease the pan before pouring the batter. 

That's it ! Soft and spongy Amboli is ready, serve with your favourite chutney
