Spring Onion Vegetable

Hello everyone! During this lockdown period I got quite big bundle of Spring onion…now to use them I have to find receipes with spring onion..so here is one easy receipe for all food lovers..
Ingredients: (Serves 2-3 people)
- 1 cup of Spring onion washed & chopped into small pieces
- 1 medium size Tomato
- 1 small Onion
- 2 medium size Potato
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Jira
- 1 teaspoon Hing
- 1 tablespoon Mirchi powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Dhana Jira powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Receipe:
- Wash & cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Take a pan & make tadka with Jira & hing. First put Ginger garlic paste, green chilies,saute then add onion again saute for 2 mins.

Now add tomatoes & potatoes,also add salt.
- Cover the pan for 5-8 mins with water on top of lid. Ensure that all vegetables cooked then add all spices to them,mix add 2-3 tablespoon of water if veges are too dry then add chopped spring onion,mix well. Cover with lid without water & allow to cook for 5-8 mins,add little water if necessary.
- You may garnish this vegetable with grated cheese !
